Villa March has a good location near the beaches of Cala San Vicente, a quiet and relaxed resort just a few minutes drive to Pollensa old town.

This simple three storey villa is cool and traditionally Majorcan. The lounge dining room has a dining table, two sofas and a stone fireplace. Casa Medina is an amazing modern villa built in two levels. It is near the sea and has a modern design. Very well located, it is only 325 metres from the sandy coves of Cala Barques and Cala Molins, lovely coves with turquoise crystal clear water ideal for those who loves snorkelling and diving.

The villa is beautiful presented throughout, with high quality furnishings and fittings. Approached via some exterior stairs, the main door is situated under the front covered terrace that gives access to the hallway which distributes the house.

To the left of the hallway there is a large dining room with beautiful furnishings, as a solid wooden table and white leather chairs. Next to the dining room there is a bright and spacious lounge with big glass windows pannels that offers nice views with the view of the sea on the distance; the lounge has three large comfortable sofas, air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player and Satellite with both English and German channels. All the rooms in the house have air-conditioning / heating units, so that you can enjoy your stay during the summer as well as during the early spring / autumn holidays. Situated in Cala San Vicente area, in Can Botana road. Built into the hill side, overlooking the valley which leads up from the sea at Cala Molins and accessed by a steep drive. Surrounded by trees. The nearest restaurant is just a few minutes walk. Near the beach (at 800 m. from Cala Molins and Cala Carbó beach).

The poolside area is cut into the rock providing a sheltered sun trap.

This superb villa enjoys a sunny aspect and is located towards the quiet upmarket residential area of Cala San Vicente. This villa is ideally located with easy access to the sandy cove of Cala Molins and some excellent restaurants all within a few minutes walking distance. The bustling town of Port Pollensa and the Roman old town of Pollensa are equal distance only ten minutes drive away and for walking enthusiasts you can walk across the mountains down to Port Pollensa beach resort.
On entering is the spacious dining room with a romantic separate lounge area, comfy sofas, DVD player, Satellite TV and sliding doors to the poolside large terrace. There is a fitted kitchen with attractive units and has a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a fridge/freezer.
The sleeping area comprises of one double bedroom and two twins which share two bathrooms, one full bathroom with a bath and another full bathroom with a shower unit. The bedrooms are bright and airy and well furnished and all of them are equipped with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units.
This is a perfect home from home, spacious and with plenty of space for the kids to play. The attractive pool area, with a plant filled terrace, is a great place to unwind and savour the glorious Mallorcan sunshine. This villa is not suitable for guest with walking difficulties as there are a number of steps leading up to the villa.
