Deeper into the countryside we arrive at the Villa El Clos. This lovely cottage is situated outside the old town of Pollensa in a very pretty area known as the Colonya Valley just a 10 minutes drive to the historic town of Pollensa. It is a relaxing villa with lovely mountain views and a nice garden.

Inside, the design is totally traditional with some modern touches, terracotta tiles, wooden floors and also wooden beamed ceiling. The large front covered terrace leads into the lounge dining and open kitchen, this totally equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a fridge freezer. The lounge has two sofas and it is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player.

Wooden stairs lead up to a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, ideal for older children or couples. A corridor gives access to the rest of the bedrooms, one twin and one double which both have sloping roofs that gives the house a cosy atmosphere. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and wooden floors. Simply one of our favourites! Situated in a delightful rural location and on an enormous plot of land this three bedroom villa, completed in 2006, is only a few minutes drive from the historic town of Pollença where many restaurants and pavement cafes can be enjoyed.  

Set on two levels, this attractive accommodation is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The ground floor comprises of a spacious twin bedroom, with en-suite which is accesses from the shaded front terrace. The front door leads to an inner hall, where another attractive twin with double doors that open onto pool and garden can be found, there is also a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and microwave, this leads towards a roomy dinning room.

Internal wooden stairs lead to the first floor, that comprises of a comfortable lounge area. Furthermore there is a master double bedroom, complete with a furnished veranda, ideal for private sunbathing, the bedroom features a private WC and a spectacular open plan bathroom, complete with power shower and Jacuzzi bath for two persons, from here an enormous picture window overlooks the beautiful open countryside. Outside the superb swimming pool, complete with Jacuzzi, and added feature of a built in jet, which allows you to´swim on the spot!, takes pride of place to the rear of the property within the large garden. Well furnished terraces and a brick built barbeque compliments this area for those informal meals al-fresco. The lawns and tropical gardens are quickly maturing and will male living and relaxing out there such a pleasure.      

Villa Negri II is a comfortable family villa set in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside. In the ground floor we can find a comfortable living/dining area, furnished with sofas gathered around a coffee table and a Satellite TV. The living accommodation gives the villa a traditional air, with its wooden beamed ceilings sloping overhead and pale tiled floors. There is dining table with chairs to seat six people, which is conveniently located just next to the galley kitchen, and open plan stairs lead from the dining area up to the loft on the first floor. As for the first floor, it really is a mezzanine. Open plan wooden stairs lead from the dining area up to the loft space, where you will find a sofa bed. This gives you the option of extra sleeping space, or is a pleasant hideaway for teenage children hoping for a little privacy.

Outside there is a covered terrace where that offers cool shade from the midday sun and is a lovely place to take advantage of the villas barbecue and dine outside on the warm summer evenings. The villas private pool is rectangular in shape and has integral steps leading gently into the water. A lovely feature of the pool for families is the separate paddling area which is ideal for cooling off toddlers! Sun loungers and parasols are provided for you to enjoy a little sunbathing. Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within just a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities.

This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.

Finca Ca Na Bassera is an historic house from the XV century, it is situated between Port Alcudia and Sa Pobla town very close to the well known local Natural Park of S´albufera. Cel Gotmar is a fantastic semi detached villa in a complex with astonishing views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty five luxury semi-dettached villas and all are sharing three different swimming pools which are split in different levels.

Ca´n Ciutadá is situated in the pretty Valley of Colonya, a few minutes by car of the center of the town of Pollença. The village is decorated in a traditional Majorcan style. The outside is completely paved and the property is comprised of two terraces. A small stair conducts us to one of these terraces, Since which we can enjoy some beautiful views of the mountains and of the valley.

The main entrance of the dwelling is found under the terrace covered. Since her is agreed directly to the parlor dining room, which is equipped with satellite TV and a stove of firewood. A small walkway carries us to the kitchen, completely equipped with microwave, washing machine, Worktop and electric oven. The Villa Na Penyal is localizated in the foot of a mountain with maravellous sea views, very near of Cala Millor in the northeast of the island. It´s ideal starting point to go hiking. Villa March has a good location near the beaches of Cala San Vicente, a quiet and relaxed resort just a few minutes drive to Pollensa old town.
