The Villa Na Penyal is localizated in the foot of a mountain with maravellous sea views, very near of Cala Millor in the northeast of the island. It´s ideal starting point to go hiking. You can reach Son Servera within 2km and here you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars. Take a walk on the tipical market on Friday morning. At 500m you reach the beach of Cala Millor and at 2 km the beach of Costa de los Pinos all of them sandy beaches.
The nearby touristy area of Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Sa Coma and S´Illot offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. You can find sandy beaches in those areas too. During the summer various kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera are situated some excellent golf courses.
The villages Arta and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to visit is the "Caves of Canyamel" where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns, the "Reina" and “Caves of Drach”.

This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.

Through the gated drive and into the villa the main doors is under the front covered terrace which leads direct to the large lounge dining area which has lovely rustic furnishings and a comfortable fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge has two sofas and satellite TV with a DVD player too, whilst the dinning area has antique table and chairs totally restored by the owner.

Villa Negri II is a comfortable family villa set in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside. In the ground floor we can find a comfortable living/dining area, furnished with sofas gathered around a coffee table and a Satellite TV. The living accommodation gives the villa a traditional air, with its wooden beamed ceilings sloping overhead and pale tiled floors. There is dining table with chairs to seat six people, which is conveniently located just next to the galley kitchen, and open plan stairs lead from the dining area up to the loft on the first floor. The living/dining area has air conditioning available to keep you cool. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. It comes equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, hob/oven and fridge/freezer and has an exterior door which leads directly out onto the pool terrace – perfect for daytime access to cool drinks in the fridge. Can Collet Vell is a beautiful converted house situated in a peaceful countryside just at 15´minutes drive to the old town of Pollensa. There a two natural founds on the land which carry water all year through - one of these provides water for the old 'safareig' converted into a pool of 20 x 12 m.

The house itself has 420 m² of living space on two floors.
On ground level you´ll find the entrance hall, and 2 bedrooms with a double bed each one (one with bathroom en suite, the other one with a separate bathroom).

This simple but homely villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday, located in the residential area of Cala San Vicente. It is ideal for anyone who wants a villa without a car hire, although we recommend car hire in low season, when the resort is quite and the bus service to Pollensa is less frequent.

Some steps leads up to the villa itself. The main entrance situated under the front shaded terrace leads straight to the lounge dining area with a beautiful open fire place, satellite TV and DVD player. There is a large Majorcan dark wood table with many chairs to sit around. A separate fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and a washing machine completes this part of the house.

From the lounge, two steps leads up to the sleeping area; the bedrooms consists of one doble, one twin and one single. The double bedroom has the facility of a small en suite shower room, while the other two bedrooms are sharing a full bathroom.

Outside, the front covered terrace overlooks the quiet road. The small swimming pool is situated at the back of the house.
